Return Policy
Sales made through our website are subject to the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, and this law and regulation are applied. The prompt completion of transactions is ensured if the products you are returning comply with the following conditions. The invoice must be included with the products you are returning. Products without an invoice cannot be returned. The return must be made within (15) days from the delivery date of the purchased product. Requests for return after the product has been used will not be processed within the 15-day return period, and the product will not be accepted under any circumstances. Except for defective products, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
According to Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, "Goods containing material, legal, or economic deficiencies that are contrary to the qualities specified in the user and instruction manual or in advertisements, reducing the benefits expected by the consumer in terms of intended use, are considered defective goods. If the customer reports defective goods within 15 days from the delivery date, the customer has the right to return the product, receive a price reduction, free exchange, or free repair. To benefit from the mentioned rights by reporting defective goods; if the product's features are different from those specified in the promotion or if there are deficiencies that reduce the benefits expected by the customer, the product falls into the category of defective goods. The customer must report defective goods within 15 days. In the defective goods report, it is determined whether there is a usage error through a report prepared by the importer. If a usage error is identified, the customer cannot benefit from the rights.
Product Return First, you must request a return here. After the request is created, your Domestic Return Cargo Code will be sent to the registered email address. You can send the purchased products with the current cargo code, free of charge, using Yurtiçi Cargo within 15 business days from the delivery date, along with their original box and accessories.
No shipping fee is required for any return/exchange sent with Yurtiçi Cargo. If the return/exchange is sent with a courier other than Yurtiçi Cargo, the shipping fee will not be covered by us.
The product must be sent unused, undamaged due to misuse, to the address specified on the invoice, with complete and accurate information. The standard accessories of the product must be present in the return package, intact and undamaged.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the product is received. Refunds made by the system are reflected in your account within 5 business days, as per your bank.
Right of Withdrawal According to Article 8 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any responsibility and without giving any reason within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. Accordingly, the Customer has the right to return the product without any reason within 15 days after receiving it.
The products sold in our store are under the Rivus brand guarantee. Defective product or exchange processes are handled by Rivus. You can send your defective product with its invoice to our center for exchange or return.
Your products will be examined by the relevant department. You will be informed by our customer representatives when the examination period is over.

The condition of the products is checked before making any changes or refunds when we receive your package. Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and not subjected to any treatment that would alter the product's form.
For hygiene reasons, returns of Jewelry - Swimsuit & Bikini products are not accepted. If sent to our return warehouse, they will be rejected and returned to you. Returns must be made with the original box or packaging. Returns of products that have lost their resaleability feature, have a broken original box (e.g., a shipping label attached to the original box and sealed with shipping tape), and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. Products must be returned with their labels and invoices. In the case of partial refunds in basket discount campaigns, if the total of the non-returned products does not meet the campaign amount condition, the discount voucher is canceled, and the refund is made accordingly. In purchases made with the 3 for 2 promotion, if a partial refund process violates the campaign condition, the rights gained from the campaign are canceled, and the campaign deduction is applied to the refunded amount.
