If you think there is a problem with the package, keep a record and send it back to our return warehouse address.

RETURN POLICY

• Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
• Items must not be worn, washed, damaged, or subjected to any process that may alter their original form.
• For hygiene reasons, returns of Accessories and Swimwear (Swimsuits & Bikinis) are not accepted. If sent to our return warehouse, they will be rejected and shipped back to you.
• Products must be returned with their original tags and invoices.
